For those of you, who are catching up with me. I have been very busy, I'll be meeting Texas State House Representative Armando Walle on February the 11th at 11:00 a.m. This meeting is to deliver Blanket # 251 which is a replica of the Texas State Flag minus the star.
Since Texas is the Lone Star State and The recipient is a star in his own right! Therefore placing a star on the blanket would make it a two star flag.
Blanket #252 since June 2004 is finished! I am currently on two March of Dimes teams one in the Dallas Fort worth area and of course the one here in the Houston area. I am at $300.00 on the Houston team and working on the Dallas team amount! Last year for my two teams here in Houston over $800.00 was raised.
Hang on for the ride it's gonna be fun. Fill you in more as things develop!

Let me know how things go in Austin. Does the blanket belong to Mr. Walle or is he supposed to pass it on to someone else?

I wore the Autism Speaks Houston T-shirt to a Springfield, MO event. Everyone was impressed that I had a cousin in Houston who participated in the Walk there. I took pictures of me in the t-shirt which I will--if I can figure out how--email them to you.
Have you heard of Project Linus? I received a weighted blanket from them.
